A Big Mac Bowl is the perfect meal when you need a super quick, easy, delicious dinner! It checks all the boxes: very few ingredients, tasty, and filling. Everyone loves a McDonald’s Big Mac. We know, we know, fast food isn’t great for you. I think a fast food feast in every once in awhile is totally needed. Everything in moderation, right? But I digress.
This Big Mac Bowl recipe is the perfect adaptation of the fast food favorite––healthy, but still fulfills that craving. It’s a great go to recipe to add to your weekly meal plan.
Big Mac Bowl Secret Sauce
Listen, I am the first to scoff at the “salad version” of a comfort food. Trust me. But this one is different because the special sauce is lick-the-bowl good. And you likely already have all the ingredients in your pantry and fridge! All you need is to whisk together a mixture of mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, white wine vinegar, paprika, onion salt, garlic salt, and a tad bit of relish (more if you’re into that). And boom. It’s done.
Your New Go To Easy Dinner
To assemble the salad, it takes about 10 minutes. For this bowl, the hamburger is not in patty form but instead browned in a skillet seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. The versatility of this bowl allows for any toppings your heart desires. I love it with shredded lettuce, cheese, beef, avocado, and special sauce. You can also add tomatoes, onions, pickles, and sesame seeds if your heart desires.
