What we wore to Disney was one of my most favorite planning rituals before our trip last April. It’s no secret that I like to match the boys. I do think it’s adorable when they’re matching but also, it makes it super easy to get my eyes on them if they’re playing on a playground or not right next to me in a crowd of people. And on vacation, that’s important. Below is a round up of what we wore on our trip to Disneyland in April plus a few ideas if you are heading to Disneyland in the near future!
What We Wore
Kid tee (similar and similar) | Adventureland Tee | Mother of Wildlings Travel Mug | Autograph Banner
I found these adorable kid tees at H&M at the beginning of the year and am bummed they are no longer on their site! I should have bought them in every size ;). Linked above are similar kid tees that I would definitely dress the boys in. The Adventureland tee is by a small shop, A Magical Adventure. She has so many cute designs and I’m already eyeballing the Tomorrowland one for our next trip.
Rose gold ears | Fanny pack | Brittany’s sunglasses | Tyler’s sunglasses (similar)
The autograph banner was one of my favorite things we brought to Disneyland. It’s such a fun piece to have hanging up in the boys’ room.
Kid Mickey Tees | Women’s Mickey Tee (similar and similar) | Men’s Mickey Tee (similar)
Heather’s family went a week after us and rocked the Star Wars theme!
AJ’s tee | Heather’s tee | Isla’s tee (similar and similar) | Nolan’s tee (similar and similar)
Small Shop Finds For Your Next Disney Visit
As a small shop owner, I love supporting other small shops. Until I was planning our Disneyland trip, I didn’t realize the amazing niche community of designers who create Disney-inspired tees! Below are a few of my favorites that I found. If you order something, let them know The Okayest Moms sent you! 🙂
Made of Wonders
This new shop is colorful and fun–two requirements when shopping for Disney-wear. I love this Happiest Days tee but I’m also in love with their Wish Upon A Star design. Check out their fun shop!
Cakeworthy
This shop is chock-full of amaaaazing Disney-inspired pieces that are subtle and not over-the-top character-y, if you know what I mean. I definitely need this Monsters Inc. flannel for our next trip!
The Home T
Isn’t this #snackgoals tee adorable? The Home T also has Hocus Pocus inspired tees, plus so many more–check them out!
