It’s hard to believe that Easter is just around the corner, but we are excited to welcome Spring, more daylight hours and being able to be outside more! A holiday means a reason to decorate and while Easter isn’t one of my favorite holidays, Spring colors, cute bunnies and eggs are still fun, so I created this Easter garland.
This DIY Easter garland will literally take you 5 minutes and will add a little Spring festivity to your house.
Supplies For A DIY Easter Garland
I found these eggs at Michael’s already on loops. If you find faux eggs you like that aren’t on strings already, it wouldn’t be too hard to poke a hole and hot glue some string on it to make it like an ornament. Or just work smarter and not harder and get yourself some eggs already on string.
Steps To Make A DIY Easter Garland
- String the eggs onto the boa. That’s it. At first I had big plans to measure the boa and evenly space out the eggs. Then I remembered math and I are not friends and just eyeballed it. Work smarter, not harder, remember?
I hung mine on our bannister. Two toddlers in the house means just about anything put on a table or shelf is going to get messed with. The bannister still isn’t exactly the safest place, but I’ve got to hold my ground somewhere.
