Brittany and Heather talk to Dr. Sahar Martinez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in perinatal mental health. Motherhood brings out a range of emotions, both positive and negative, and Dr. Martinez talks about how to hold space for the highs and lows of motherhood. The conversation also touches on healing generational trauma, and how that plays a role in parenting.
