Dr. Sahar Martinez is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in maternal mental health, transitional phases of life, and couple and relational issues from a trauma-informed lens. Dr. Sahar is the founder of The Process Wellness Collective, a group of holistic, inclusive therapists committed to approaching therapy in new and creative ways. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Sahar is adjunct faculty at Chapman University and is the creator and host of a podcast exploring the authentic and inspiring stories of innovators and game changers called ‘What’s That Like For You?’. Sahar feels that broadening the work that therapists do beyond traditional therapy is crucial in destigmatizing therapy and expanding access to care.
