Brittany and Heather talk to Stephanie Ruby about mental illness. Stephanie is a professional tweeter—aka a freelance social media strategist. She has worked with clients ranging from national non-profits, Michelin-starred restaurants, nationally broadcasted live television events to her local coffee shop. She is a registered yoga teacher. In her free time, she is a mom to an almost 8-year-old. She is bi-polar II—kinda like Kanye. She lives in rural Pennsylvania.
In this honest and vulnerable conversation, Stephanie talks openly and honestly about her mental health diagnosis, the struggle to find the proper medication, and how all of this adds to her view of motherhood.
You can follow Stephanie on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
