Anyone else been chasing endorphins via online shopping? That’s been our MO over the course of the pandemic, and we’re finally getting around to organizing them in a more streamlined way.
As always, we would never want to promote frivolous spending, but if your budget allows, we think a gadget or item to solve a problem in your household, make life a little easier, or dare we say enjoyable, then we say go for it!
Brittany’s February Favorites
I bought this while I was in a rage about cords and devices everywhere and it has helped clean up the clutter so much.
This makes me feel like I’m 100 years old but it has been suuuch a laundry game changer. We got one for the boys too, which makes it helping with laundry easier for them. Big win!
Because why not?
To channel my inner Sutton. Helps with puffiness, and lifts and firms.
La Roche- Posay Moisturizer
Comes in a huge bottle, super moisturizing, I’ve been using as my nighttime moisturizer and it is amazing.
Still obsessed with this! Watch the website for new releases and be ready when they restock because they go quickly!
Super comfy and casual every day sneaker!
Heather’s February Favorites
I’ve been trying to do more produce shopping at the farmer’s market lately, but that posed a slight storage issue. These containers are so awesome! It keeps produce from getting mushy (ahem, raspberries), and it keeps everything organized in the fridge. Highly recommend.
The Storyteller by Dave Grohl
I fell in love with this book literally two minutes in. You absolutely MUST listen to the audio version of this book, because as the title would suggest, Dave Grohl is the best storyteller, and it would be such a shame to not experience this book in his voice. Admittedly, I’m not much of a music person, but as a 90s kid, I grew up listening to Nirvana and Foo Fighters. I have a new appreciation for both bands and am now in the Dave Grohl fan club. That aside, I was not prepared for the messages on parenting in this book. Between his beautiful words for his own mother, and for his daughters, you need the tissues ready.
This is the perfect top for those in between is it spring, nope definitely still winter kind of days. Plus, it’s long enough for leggings!
This little steam cleaner is amazing. It got years old smoothy stains off the roof of my minivan (you don’t want to know), works on the disgusting seal around the toilet, and worked super well on window tracks. If stress cleaning is your outlet, you need this!
We put one of these in the kids’ bathroom to make rinsing out shampoo easier. We were shocked at how well it worked, that we decided to replace the one in our shower too, and I’m mad we didn’t do it sooner. It makes the shower head taller, and makes it easier to rinse the shower out when cleaning it. Comes in lots of finishes too!
Owala Water Bottle
After my search, this is the one I settled on. Fits in cup holders, isn’t too heavy, keeps water cold- what more could you ask for?
I’m going to choose to believe that living long enough to see a trend twice is a gift. These clips are perfect for keeping hair up without pulling and causing breakage. Trying my best to give those baby hairs a chance to grow back!
If you bought any of these and loved them (or hated them), we’d love to hear about it! We also share more about how we use these things in every day life over on Instagram. Are you following us?
