Our popular bedtime and sleep episode is back! We know it’s summer and routine is relative but it’s never a bad idea to think about sleep.
This episode is all about sleep and bedtime, the dreaded parenthood conundrum. We both have very unique child sleep situations. Sleep was a hot button for both of us because it was so hard when we were in the throes of dealing with it.
We polled our audience recently about their sleep stories, and the results we got made us feel so much better! It was so nice to know we weren’t alone in the struggle.
