Stocking stuffers have historically been an area AJ struggles. Last year, he put Trump toilet paper in my stocking. While it perfectly sums up my thoughts on 45, wtf am I supposed to do with it!?!?!
He’s been extra busy this year, so I thought I’d make it really, really easy on him. Here is my list of things I want in my stocking. Everything is Amazon Prime-able so all he has to do is click the link and it will all be right on the doorstep.
If your significant other stinks at stockings too (Am I the only one who thinks stockings are really fun to shop for?!), hopefully this list is a handy thing for you to pass on to your spouse too!
Don’t overthink stocking stuffers.
Here is a little formula I came up with to make buying stocking stuffers the easiest thing on your holiday list. Get one thing from each of these categories tailored to the stocking owner’s taste and you should be golden! And this could even work at the drugstore on Christmas Eve if you forget or a Last Minute Lucy!
Fool Proof Stocking Stuffer Formula:
A tech accessory: Apple Watch band or a Pop Socket
A beauty/hygiene item: Dry Shampoo or Lip balm
Something for a hobby: I love to cook and this chopper would save so much time!
Something to wear: I’m in serious need of a hat, especially on rainy days.
Something to read: Who doesn’t love Oprah? This little book looks amazing and is stocking sized!
Socks: I decide this year that Santa is always bringing socks and underwear. I don’t trust “Santa” to buy my underwear, but these are my favorite socks.
What is your favorite thing to put in stockings?
