On Saturday, April 6, Whitney Ranch is having a welcome celebration to welcome Park View by The New Home Company! You’re invited to tour the models, have some munchies and see the amazing balloon artist with the kids! Seriously, that balloon artist is incredible and could probably make anything!
Park View has three floor plans modeled, but there are five plans to choose from. They offer up to four bedrooms and from range from 1,681 to 2,412 square feet. This is the perfect community for singles, young families or anyone looking to get into the market. Park View is a much more affordable option, with prices starting in the mid $400k.
Whitney Ranch is a master planned community with plenty of outdoor recreation, highly ranked schools, and is situated just hours from the mountains one direction or the ocean in the other!
We loved that each home offered spacious kitchens. They also had modern, unique options that you don’t often see in new homes- like the quartz countertops with the matte, suede like finish.
There are plenty of luxe upgrades as well. Can you even believe the rose gold accents on these appliances. Yes, I will take one of each and cook happily forever and never complain!
All of the models felt spacious and open and could easily accommodate any family no matter the stage of life.
As usual, our favorite part was drooling over all the design elements, including this giant soaking tub. Who wouldn’t love to relax here?

These homes are absolutely gorgeous! I loved the way they staged the family room with the small chairs for kiddos around the coffee table. What a great idea!
That was a bonus room! These houses had incredible amounts of space and it was all used so well!
