Try saying that 5 times real fast: pink lemonade champagne punch! Haha, it’s hard and definitely stumbled over it when we offered it to our guests! Over the weekend Heather and I threw a wine exchange party (think ornament exchange, except more boozey) and we knew we had to serve this festive, delicious drink to all the rad mamas in attendance.
A word of warning before you make them though–pace yourself, because these cute, festive little pink lemonade champagne punch drinks sneak up on you! Not that I would know from experience… 😉
- 3 oz raspberry vodka
- 5 oz ginger ale
- 750 mL Champagne or sparkling wine
- Frozen pink lemonade concentrate
- Raspberries for garnish
- Add frozen pink lemonade concentrate to the pitcher. Pour in raspberry vodka.
- Pour champagne in the pitcher, then pour in ginger ale.
- Top with raspberries.
Pink lemonade can also be used in place of frozen concentrate. However, make sure all ingredients are chilled prior to mixing to ensure the drink stays cold.
To keep your drink extra chilly, freeze raspberries before adding to the drink.
The kicker to this being a great drink to serve at your next holiday party? It is so easy. Hosting a party can be really stressful, especially a holiday party. No hostess wants to be stuck in the kitchen mixing drinks for her guests, and these drinks are anything but high maintenance. There are only 4 ingredients. Just throw them in to a pitcher, stir and serve. We fancied it up with a festive “snow” rim around each glass and it was the perfect addition, but totally optional.
We may have served these at a holiday party, but they would be perfect for a bridal or a Mother’s Day brunch. How cute would these be for a baby shower for a baby girl?! Really any occasion is perfect for pink lemonade champagne punch!
